Boot Camp workouts are challenging group sessions focused on body weight and functional movements such as: burpees, push-ups, squats, and sit-ups. Movements can be modified to meet the needs of individual athletes.

BOOT CAMP CLASS SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Saturday 8am - 9am

BOOT CAMP MEMBERSHIP
$75 per month.

DROP-IN: $10.
Access to one class; Any scheduled class, any scheduled day.
